So following on from my love affair with Paris and my new found love of Rachel Khoo, today I made Croque Madame, Rachel style, from her cookbook, The Little Paris Kitchen.
It didn't take too long to prepare, make, or cook, so was perfect for breakfast. The ingredients I'm guessing would already be resident in most people cupboards (I did have to buy the Dijon mustard and nutmeg though.... actually I had to purchase all of it) so it's not one of those recipes where you have to spend out a little before you get cracking.
The end result was tasty, breakfasty, Frenchie goodness. Easy to make and easier to eat!
